wait...promise...wait again

Undeniably, I'm a person with little faith. Waiting is always a great challenge.

So, when You tells me to wait, I virtually became even more restless.

I'm never good at waiting, don't even know well what means by waiting.

I often think of the parable in which a shipwrecked passenger, constantly praying for Your rescue, refused to be rescued by 3 other people. Finally, he died on the sea. He complainted to You and said, "Hey, how come You didn't send anyone to save me?!" Then, you replied, "I did send my servants to save you for 3 times!"

This parable made me even more restless because I kept wondering what meant by passive waiting and active actions.

At the end, You, again, answered my question and showed me what You meant. Thank you for everything.
